Jalan 14/58 residents and others in the vicinity heard from police that their Section 14 housing area in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, has been identified as a “zero crime” area.
They cheered loudly when Petaling Jaya Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department chief Deputy Supt Sivakumar Thankaraja announced the good news.
