23 stalls operating on top of drain told to vacate

A TOTAL of 23 stallowners operating along Jalan Kelab in Jinjang Utara, Kepong, have been told to move.

The owners, some of whom have been there for 30 years, said they were caught by surprise to receive an enforcement notice from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for violating Section 46 of the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 (Act 133).
