An alternative road off the Dengkil bypass in Sepang, Selangor, is a hotspot for illegal dumping.
The road, which runs through land said to be the Sepang Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) reserve, is lined with piles of domestic, construction, bulk and garden wastes, among others, for a stretch of about 1.3km.
