GENERATIONS of Malaysians have enjoyed F&N during festive occasions.

In line with the brand promise of “Pure Enjoyment, Pure Goodness”, Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) continued its tradition of spreading joy to the less fortunate.

The company hosted a dinner for residents and staff of Pertubuhan Rumah Anak Yatim dan Asnaf Kampung Sijangkang, an orphanage in Selangor.

During the event at Kota Permai Golf & Country Club, F&NHB chairman Tengku Syed Badarudin Jamalullail presented duit raya and baju raya to 51 children from the orphanage along with products from the F&N portfolio.

“For more than 20 years, F&NHB has been actively engaging with orphanages and other welfare homes to spread festive cheer.

“But the past three years of social distancing have prevented us from meeting the people there in person.

“Hence, we are grateful for the opportunity this year to spend time with the children and bring some joy and laughter into their lives.

“We want to make them feel appreciated as a part of our community,” he said.

F&NHB communications, corporate affairs and sustainability director Karen Tan said, “As we celebrate our 140th anniversary this year, F&N is proud to continue bringing happiness to the less fortunate.

“Our commitment to social responsibility is a key part of who we are as a company, and we remain dedicated to supporting local communities and promoting social cohesion through our initiatives.”

She added that F&N’s long- lasting success was built on the trust that consumers had in the company.

“We will continue to prioritise community engagement as a way to build a better future for all,” said Tan.
