THE Federal Court decision on Taman Awam Bukit Kiara (previously known as Taman Rimba Kiara) in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) will be delivered at 9am on April 18.

Previously, TTDI residents had filed for a judicial review on the development order for a multi-storey housing project in the park.

In 2022, the Court of Appeal had quashed the development order given by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).

DBKL, Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan and the developer had then appealed to the Federal Court for the development order to be reinstated and continue to develop Taman Rimba Kiara.
