Shoppers can explore Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s centre court which takes inspiration from Hari Raya and as a bonus, meet the orange tabby.

PAVILION Bukit Jalil kicks off an exciting Meriah Raya celebration in partnership with Nickelodeon’s Garfield.

From now until April 25, shoppers can celebrate with the world’s most beloved cat and pop-culture icon Garfield, who celebrates his 45th anniversary this year.

Shoppers can explore Pavilion Bukit Jalil centre court’s backdrop where they can snap pictures while meeting Garfield.

Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Joyce Yap said, “Pavilion Bukit Jalil this year presents a Meriah Raya celebration that represents the true Malaysian spirit of togetherness during festivals.

“Together with our partners and tenants, we wish everyone a happy Ramadan.”

To reflect Ramadan as a month of fasting and self-reflection, Pavilion Bukit Jalil highlighted the importance of giving back to the community by donating Milo packets to ehailing and food delivery riders as well as orphanages and homes for senior citizens surrounding the Bukit Jalil area.

More than 5,000 packets were delivered.

Throughout the campaign, shoppers at the mall can enjoy colourful events including the Raya-Raya Bazaar to be held from April 13 to 17 at Piazza on Level 3.

The bazaar will feature more than 50 booths offering festive cakes, tasty kuih, home decor items, muslimah fashion and other apparel.

Shoppers will also experience the creative mind of Tim Burton at The World of Tim Burton Exhibition, which is taking place at Pavilion Bukit Jalil until July 31.
