RESIDENTS in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, are irked upon finding electrical cables inside drains at Jalan Kemaris and Jalan Tualang as they can trap rubbish and clog drains.
They also fear the cables, believed to be telecommunication cables, could lead to short circuits when exposed to rain.
