Developer helping communities to prosper via CNY campaign


Sime Darby Property Bhd is inviting Malaysians to ‘Share the Values, Prosper Together’ via its Chinese New Year (CNY) campaign.

The campaign which will run until Feb 19 offers “Hop-On Exclusive Deals” to help customers own Sime Darby homes as well as a chance to win amazing prizes worth up to RM238,888.

There are also special weekend lucky draws held throughout the campaign period at selected sales galleries, providing up to RM18,888 worth of prizes.

In addition, buyers of Sime Darby homes will enjoy exemptions on stamp duty and Memorandum of Transfer .

Sime Darby Property chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei said,“We are thrilled to spark the act of giving this CNY.

“We wish to continue boosting communities to be prosperous and resilient by engaging with potential home buyers within our townships.

Communities at its townships – the City of Elmina, Serenia City, Bandar Bukit Raja and Putra Heights in Selangor, KL East in Kuala Lumpur, and Bandar Ainsdale in Negri Sembilan – are also invited to take part in a fun and friendly “Lucky Rabbit Rush” augmented reality treasure hunt.

The treasure hunt serves to get communities to bond while exploring their townships and competing for prizes worth up to RM28,888.

The property developer has also released a Chinese New Year video entitled “Make Some Noise Together”.
