EXHIBITORS are invited to participate in the 133rd Canton Fair that will take place from April to May.

International companies are being sought for the trading event which will be held at the complex hall of the China Import and Export Fair, in Guangzhou, China.

Canton Fair is an international trading event with the longest history, largest scale, most complete exhibit variety, largest buyer attendance, and greatest business turnover in China.

The event will consist of three phases with phase one from April 15 to 19, phase two from April 23 to 27, and the third phase from May 1 to 5.

The categories are hardware and tools, building materials, energy resources, gifts, home decoration, furniture, shoes, food, consumer goods, and gardening products to name a few.

ES Event Management is recruiting Malaysian exhibitors.

The fair provides an upgraded standard booth at the price of RM16,800 per booth.

The event gives companies an opportunity to expand their business and co-share global commercial opportunities.

Malaysia International Branding and Franchise Showcase (Promas) strategic director Prof Datuk Naim Mohamad said the International Pavilion Malaysia has attracted more than 15,000 overseas exhibitors from over 100 countries and regions, including outstanding countries, regional delegations and world-known companies.

“The event is good for Malaysian companies wanting to export and promote their products internationally,” he added.

ES Event Management managing director Datuk Chong Chong Tik said for the past three years, Canton Fair conducted online sessions before reverting to its physical format this year.

“The Canton Fair is a substantial platform for promoting Malaysian products to the international market,” he added.

In 2021, the 130th Canton Fair expanded the domestic buyer invitation for the first time and the buyers totalled over 600,000.

Canton Fair has become the largest exhibition complex in the world, providing more chances for International Pavilion to make global servicing and promote more international exhibitors entering the China market.

Supporting events to be held are business match-making, Canton Fair’s selections launch, design award and media report.

Interested exhibitors can call 03-9132 1922 (ES Event Management Sdn Bhd).
