ARMED with a desire to help the community, newly appointed Penang Island City (MBPP) councillor Goh Huey Ee is looking forward to her tenure.

Goh, representing the non-governmental organisation (NGO) Alumni Sidang Wanita Pulau Pinang, said this was the third time she had applied to be a councillor.
