Private and international school fair returns next month

The Private and International School Fair makes a comeback from Nov 5 to 6 in Kuala Lumpur.

The Private and International School Fair is back in Kuala Lumpur once again.

Since 2012, the event had been connecting parents and their children with leading international schools in Malaysia with the aim of helping them find the right place.

Organised by Mint Communications, this year’s event from Nov 5 to 6 will be held at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

Visitors will have the opportunity to speak to representatives from international schools, preschools, learning centres and universities before making their decision.

There will also be special discounts, fee waivers and scholarships available exclusively for visitors to the fair, which will take place from 11am to 6pm. Admission is free.

Many activities have been lined up for both children and parents such as a lion dance, a drum circle and music performances.

There will also be fun educational activities such as planting for the future and basic first aid skills.

Exhibitors at the upcoming fair include Beaconhouse Malaysia, Mahsa International School, Maple Leaf Kingsley International School, Regent International School, Sunway International School, Westlake International School, Sayfol International School, Templer Park International School, Qosmo International School, Campus Rangers International School and Marlborough College Malaysia.

Some of these schools also offer boarding facilities.

The fair will also feature a UK Pavilion headed by SI-UK Malaysia which will promote universities in the United Kingdom such as Cardiff Sixth Form College, Hult International Business School, Manchester Metropolitan University, St George’s University, St Mary’s University, University of Galway, University College London, University of Aberdeen, University of Reading, University of Sunderland and UWE Bristol.
