10 Ipoh schools given bins to improve recycling efforts

Ipoh City Council distributed bins to 10 primary schools to encourage the habit of recycling among pupils.The recycling bins were handed over by Ipoh mayor Datuk Rumaizi Baharin to selected school representatives.

Rumaizi said the practice of recycling needed to be turned into a culture, to improve the quality of the environment so that the goal of “Towards a Cleaner Ipoh” could be achieved next year.
