THE food truck business has been slowly recovering, with more roadside stall owners embracing the trend, says Johor Food Truck Association president Yusrezan Samsuri.

The state government’s involvement through the Perbadanan Usahawan Johor Sdn Bhd (PUJB) is also welcomed by the association as it has helped bridge the gap between food truck operators and other SME businesses.
