KR7 Residences marks the seventh in property developer Masteron’s iconic “Koi” series.
With a gross development value of RM208mil, KR7 has 484 units spanning two blocks, with eight to 10 units on each floor featuring two- and three-bedroom layouts. The first phase – Tower A – is slated for completion in 2025.

Prices of KR7 units start from RM373,500. Masteron will absorb all SPA legal fees.
KR7 units will be delivered to owners partially furnished with wardrobes, kitchen cabinets with hob and hood, air conditioners and water heaters worth up to RM25,000.
