The 2022 PGM Kia Championship golf tournament was a collaboration between PGM Tour Malaysia and Dinamikjaya Motors.

The recent 2022 PGM Kia Championship golf tournament saw the participation of the country’s leading players, including Shahriffuddin Ariffin, Nicholas Fung, Danny Chia, Aretha Pan, Mirabel Ting and Ainil Johani.

The 54-hole tournament took place at the Glenmarie Hotel and Golf Resort.

It was a collaboration between Professional Golf of Malaysia (PGM) Tour Malaysia and Dinamikjaya Motors Sdn Bhd, the sole distributor of Kia vehicles in Malaysia.

“What excites us most is not only is this the inaugural tournament of the Kia Championship, but we also have a strong field in both men’s and women’s categories.

“This is really a welcome development for PGM Tour Malaysia and Dinamikjaya Motors Sdn Bhd,” said Bermaz Auto Bhd executive chairman Datuk Seri Ben Yeoh.

He said the tournament was an encouraging platform for both experienced and young, aspiring golfers in Malaysia to showcase their skills, adding that he hoped it would offer opportunities for them to take their game to the next level.
