THE Le Marché de Noël committee is intent on bringing joy to children by helping them find a little happiness with the easing of Covid-19 pandemic restrictions.
In the run-up to its 10th Christmas charity event at the end of the year, the committee is going the extra mile to help raise funds for disadvantaged children.
Themed “My French Tropical Bazaar”, the event which aims to raise RM100,000 will be held at W Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s ballroom today from 10am to 9pm.
All proceeds will be channelled to Make-A-Wish Malaysia and A-Heart-for-A-Heart to help fulfil wishes of underprivileged children as well as provide aid to those affected by critical medical conditions.
Le Marché de Noël has invited 62 vendors offering a plethora of handcrafted goods, exquisite decorative items and handmade accessories as well as delectable delicacies.
Making this year’s bazaar even more special is that all food items are pork-free, to provide more options to visitors.
Visitors also stand a chance of winning prizes from the vendors by purchasing a Lucky Packet at RM10 each.
The Le Marché de Noël committee will also organise a French Apéro starting from 6.30pm to bring more joie de vivre (joy of living).
All Malaysians are invited to the charity bazaar and help spread the spirit of giving.
