Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) is organising its third strategic housing scheme landscape competition for its ratepayers.
MBSP mayor Datuk Azhar Arshad said the competition was to recognise the excellent work of Joint Management Bodies (JMB) and Management Corporations (MC) in improving the environment under the Seberang Prai Strategic Plan 2018-2022.
The landscape contest is open to all JMB/MC of low-cost stratified and low medium- cost schemes.
“The closing date for entries is June 30, 2022,” said Azhar during a full council meeting.
The first-prize winner will take home RM3,000 cash.
The JMB/MC in second and third spots will be rewarded with RM2,000 and RM1,000 respectively.
The results of the competition will be announced in early September.
