Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) has recorded a budget surplus of about RM72mil which will enable it to implement more infrastructure and community projects in the future.
“Every sen will be used to benefit the community,” said mayor Datuk Azhar Arshad at the city council’s branch office in Jalan Betek, Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
