SEVERAL car workshop owners along Jalan Bendahara in Ipoh are up in arms after being slapped with compounds for having cement or metal ramps in front of their premises.

Tyre shop owner Wong Siew Yoke, 58, said two Ipoh City Council (MBI) officers hand-delivered the RM500 compound to her unexpectedly on April 8.
