MBPJ uses technology to control crowds at Ramadan bazaar


An advanced Crowd Control System that has a built-in sensor to gauge the number of people allowed in at the Ramadan bazaar in SS6/1, Kelana Jaya. The maximum number of people allowed is 500 pax.

AFTER two years surviving the Covid-19 pandemic and movement control orders, there was joyous merriment permeating through the air again this year, besides the aroma of endeared comfort food, at the Ramadan bazaar in SS6/1, Kelana Jaya.

Enforcement officers from Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) and RELA volunteers were on site ensuring that the public adhered to standard operating procedure (SOP).
