RESIDENTS of Taman Million are frustrated that Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has given its approval for a row of houses to be turned into commercial premises despite objections.
Residents said customers of a coffeeshop and car workshop, in the commercial premises, parked their cars haphazardly by the roadside.
