Authorities to look into building plans for Taman Bukit Desa housing scheme

THE authorities will be conducting a detailed review of the building plans and prior approvals issued for a housing development scheme in Taman Bukit Desa, Kuala Lumpur, following claims of land encroachment by a house owner there.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) said that it would also obtain further information from the Lands and Mines Office regarding the freehold titles that were issued for the development.
