Many platforms available to lodge pothole complaints in S'gor, no need for special agency, state assembly hears

THERE is no need to appoint a special agency to patrol and report on potholes in Selangor, as there are many platforms for the public to lodge pothole-related complaints, says a state executive councillor.

“The complaints will be screened and forwarded to the relevant departments and agencies for further action,” state Local Government, Public Transportation and New Village Development Committee chairman Ng Sze Han told the state assembly sitting on Friday (March 18).
