SOLID waste management company Worldwide Holdings Bhd received 60,543 metric tonnes of post-flood waste between Dec 21, 2021 and Jan 15, 2022, following flood clean-up works in badly hit parts of Selangor.
“The waste was sent to six landfills under Worldwide Holdings’ management,” said state local government, public transportation and new village development committee chairman Ng Sze Han.
