PETALING Jaya will be a Barrier-Free City by 2029 with upgraded infrastructure that is suitable for all, including people with disabilities (PWD).
Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) is working towards having such infrastructure, defined as universal accessibility, at 23 commercial centres in the city.
