Lions Club of Perak Silver State conferred the Meritorious Award to Ipoh mayor Datuk Rumaizi Baharin at the club’s 16th Charter Anniversary celebration.

The event was also held to commemorate the 17th installation of the club’s president Richard Ng and its board members.
