RESIDENTS living along Jalan 11/4 in Section 11, Petaling Jaya, have had no water and electricity since early Tuesday (March 1), which they claim was triggered by a burst water pipe.
Section 11 Residents' Association president Hitesh Kothari told The Star that a few residents spotted water gushing out from the ground around 11am, which they suspected was a burst water pipe, and immediately alerted Air Selangor.
