THOUGH there was no grand procession around town, the State Chinese Penang Association’s Chap Goh Meh celebration this year was no less joyful.

The event held at the grand ballroom of Lot 33 in Prangin Mall was a night of tradition and togetherness, enlivened by music and dance.
