ISKANDAR Investment Bhd (IIB) will build 1,000 houses for the lower-income group to meet the demand for affordable homes in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
Its president and chief executive officer Datuk Khairil Anwar Ahmad said the project would commence next year and was expected to be completed by 2026, at a gross development cost of RM230mil.
