THE Babulang festival, celebrated yearly by Sarawak’s ethnic Bisaya community, may make a comeback this year after a two-year hiatus.
Sarawak Bisaya Association president Joseph Blandoi said however, the staging of the event would depend on the current Covid-19 situation.
