IT’S a colourful sight at OCBC Bank’s Kuching branch every Wednesday when the staff come to work in Sarawakian traditional costumes in celebration of Malaysia’s cultural diversity and local heritage.
The costumes by Sarawakian designer Edric Ong incorporate familiar patterns and colours of the state’s multicultural communities such as Iban, Bidayuh, Melanau, Orang Ulu, Malay and Chinese.
