Yee sang gift boxes up for grabs


Buy a minimum of 30 bottles of Yakult products in a single receipt to be entitled to redeem a Yakult exclusive CNY ang pow packet and stand a chance to win the yee sang gift box.

 IN CONTINUING the success of last year’s Chinese New Year campaign, probiotic beverage brand Yakult’s “Buy and Win” campaign returns this festive season to foster the spirit of togetherness and prosperity during these challenging times.

A total of 288 sets of exclusive Prosperity Toss or Yee Sang gift boxes will be delivered weekly to lucky participants during the campaign until Jan 23.

The campaign is open to all those residing in Malaysia.

Anyone who buys a minimum of 30 bottles of Yakult products in a single receipt is entitled to redeem a Yakult exclusive Chinese New Year ang pow packet which comes with a unique QR code and stand a chance to win the yee sang gift box.

Redeem the ang pow packet through purchases made via Yakult Lady home delivery, promoters in retail outlets or directly from Yakult Malaysia.

With each eligible entry sent by scanning the QR code, participants will stand a chance to win the exclusive yee sang gift set.

All yee sang gift sets will be delivered to the lucky winners before Feb 1.

“Yee sang means growing prosperity, hence it is the number one preferred Chinese New Year dish,” said Yakult (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd managing director Hiroshi Hamada.

“This year, there may not be large gatherings of families,friends or colleagues at restaurants for the prosperity toss.

“So we hope that through our exclusive campaign, families can safely get together to celebrate and enjoy the yee sang toss at home.

“This exclusive yee sang is halal and we invite everyone to participate.

“Let’s enjoy this auspicious food together with loved ones.

“I would like to extend my gratitude to all our supporters and hope that Yakult can continue to promote good health to everyone during this Chinese New Year season.

“Eighty percent of our immunity lies in the gut; probiotics helps to improve intestinal functions,” Hamada added.

Yakult’s festive campaign is in line with the company’s corporate philosophy, which is “We contribute to the health and happiness of people around the world.”

Yakult probiotic drinks are consumed daily by 40 million people in 40 countries.

Yakult drinks are fully made in Malaysia at its high-technology production plant in Seremban, Negri Sembilan.
