Volunteers spread festive cheer to children at hospital


Several chapters of the Lions Club delivering essential goods to children at Hospital Sultan Ismail in Johor Baru.

IN conjunction with the festive season, Lions Club of Gelang Patah in Johor and other chapters of the non-governmental organisation (NGO) distributed RM16,000 worth of essential goods to children at Hospital Sultan Ismail in Johor Baru.

Lions Club of Gelang Patah president Poh Pai Yik said its “Gift of Joy” programme was led by Lions Club of Johor Jaya, where 100 sets of gift bags were given to children at the hospital’s paediatric and oncology wards.
