A group of senior citizens practising Energy Bagua in the morning at the park in Sungai Ara, Penang. — LIM BENG TATT/The Star
EVERY morning, G.S. Lim goes to a park in Sungai Ara, Penang, to practise Energy Bagua, a form of walking meditation.
The 64-year-old retiree along with her neighbourhood friends would walk around in circles, alternating every few circles between clockwise and anti-clockwise, as if to welcome the energy of a tree or plant placed in the centre of the circle.
