FROM drink-driving to partying without heeding the need for physical distancing, police found over a thousand offenders in George Town, Penang, on New Year’s eve.

Thousands of revellers ushering in 2022 saw their reverie botched when some 1,000 police personnel were deployed at roadblocks and sent to conduct checks on entertainment outlets there.
