A MAN from Selangor received the biggest Christmas gift ever by winning the RM16.3mil Toto 4D Jackpot 1 on Dec 19.
The winner, who is a 47-year-old factory manager, told Sports Toto when collecting his winnings that the numbers – 4828 and 4429 – were his car’s registration number and his son’s birth certificate number.
