AUTHORITIES in Kuala Lumpur are stepping up efforts to provide aid to those affected by flash floods that hit Klang Valley over the weekend.
Rumah Prihatin executive director Datuk Irwan Rizal said the centre had opened its doors to receive flood and landslide victims.
