MATTRESS and bedding maker Getha has emerged as one of the winners of the 2021 World Branding Awards.

Taking home the Brand Of The Year in Mattress and Bedding Furniture award, this is Getha’s seventh consecutive win.

Organised by the World Branding Forum, this year’s award ceremony was held virtually for the first time and broadcast live from Kensington Palace in London, UK.

More than 500 brands from over 60 countries won “Brand of the Year” awards in various categories.

Getha executive director Yong Mei Tsin said the award had greatly encouraged Getha to strive for world-class bedding standards while motivating the team to keep up its efforts and dedication.

She also thanked Getha’s valued customers in Malaysia and beyond for their long-time trust in the brand.

Established in 1969, Getha has more than five decades of experience in manufacturing latex bedding that is supportive, hypoallergenic, eco-friendly and built to last.

The brand employs the Dunlop production process, leveraging the latest European automatic foaming machine and automated lines.

All Getha products are made from 100% Malaysian-made pure natural, high-quality latex.

This includes its recently-launched baby bedding brand – genie by Getha – which targets infants, children and pregnant women.

In conjunction with the festive season, Getha Christmas gift sets are now on sale, starting from RM88.

Three specially launched items are available – Getha lavender and rosemary hand and body wash; Getha lavender and rosemary hand and body lotion; and Getha lavender and rosemary hand cream.
