New interchange in Pasir Gudang to cut travel time

THE new interchange at Jalan Persiaran Scientex in Taman Scientex, Pasir Gudang in Johor, is expected to help reduce traffic congestion during peak hours by diverting 40% of motorists to Persiaran Damai, Taman Nusa Damai.

Pasir Gudang City Council (MBPG) councillor Noor Azleen Ambros said the new 3km stretch would divert motorists from Persiaran Scientex to Johor Baru city centre and the Pasir Gudang industrial area.
