THE annual Penang Chinese New Year Celebration (Miao Hui) 2022 will return in a new virtual mode, combining culture with technology, arts and music.
The popular celebration, which will be held from Jan 1 to Feb 15 next year, is expected to feature a few physical events while the rest will be held virtually.
