‘Civil servants can report to MACC if offered bribes’

CIVIL servants who are offered bribes or incentives to “look the other way” by the public can report the matter to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

“Under Section 17(B) of MACC Act 2009, a civil servant can report to MACC if they are offered a bribe,” said Selangor MACC director Datuk Alias Salim.
