Food handlers, stall operators told to wash their hands thoroughly in light of cholera case


OPERATORS of stalls and food handlers at restaurants have been advised to wash their hands thoroughly to reduce the chance of contaminating food with bacteria from themselves.

"Wash hands with soap before handling food. Food handlers must not rush in washing the hands but wash the back of their hands, wrists, between the fingers and under the fingernails," said Dr. Siti Mariah Mahmud
