State on recipients list for Compact Fire Rescue units

SARAWAK Fire and Rescue Department will soon be allocated Compact Fire Rescue (CFR) units to enhance its fire-fighting capabilities.

Malaysia Fire and Rescue Department deputy director Datuk Abdul Wahab Mat Yasin, speaking during his visit to Sibu central station in Sibu, Sarawak, said the department was planning to buy 150 CFR units for fire stations nationwide.
