Johor government is looking at introducing a rental scheme to address the problem of unoccupied residential properties, especially in Johor Baru.Mentri Besar Datuk Hasni Mohammad said the state government would work with real estate agents with information on types of unoccupied units and rental rates based on location.
“The property sector is badly affected as the border is still closed due to Covid-19 and the number of unoccupied residential properties in Johor is high.
