TRADERS, retailers and suppliers have been warned not to take advantage of the Deepavali festive season by selling controlled price items above the ceiling price.
Penang Domestic Trade and Consumers Affairs Ministry Penang director Mohd Ridzuan Ab Ghapar said action would be taken against violators under the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act (2011) and Regulations (2018).
