HAVING served in the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) for a decade, senior security officer D. Sivasantiren felt touched and appreciated when he received goodies in conjunction with Deepavali.
“This is the first time I am receiving such goodies and I really feel that all my hard work has been recognised,” said the 40-year-old.
