TOUR boat operators at the Kilim Geoforest Park in Langkawi, Kedah, who had to become fishermen, food stall assistants, security guards and odd job workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, are relieved that the tourism bubble programme launched there on Sept 16 is a success.
Many of them are feeling grateful that they finally can earn a stable income after a lapse of almost two years without tourists coming to the resort island.
