Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow praised Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud and his team for organising various programmes which helped make Seberang Prai the country’s first Low-Carbon and Smart City.

He said the people-centred Penang government appreciated the role played by MBSP as a local authority and the way the council fulfilled its responsibilities to the people.
