TRADERS operating the stalls near the Hock Hin Keong (Ban Ka Lan Snake Temple) in Bayan Lepas, Penang, are hoping visitors will strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOP) when they visit the temple.

Second generation stall operator Sim Siang Chuan, 56, said before the pandemic, there was usually an influx of visitors during public holidays, long weekends or the school holidays.
