GOOD Samaritans who want to give out food aid to the homeless in Kuala Lumpur have been advised to do so only at selected locations and according to a schedule set by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias said they were not stopping anyone or any organisation from helping the poor and homeless.
